 Spacious BedroomsThe non-smoking guest suite includes a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom and lounge, separated from the main area of the house, so you can choose your own level of interaction or privacy.
This area is comfortable and tastefully decorated and has it's own tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, TV and views over farmland, native bush, the sea and mountains.
The suite is let as a whole - to one person, couple or group, so you will not need to share with strangers.
Breakfast may be served in the dining room or in our garden room, a lovely covered conservatory area. Dinner is available by prior arrangement and at an extra charge. We use home grown, organic
and spray free produce where
ever possible.
Activities
 Go swimming Being so close to New Zealand's Abel Tasman and Kahurangi National Parks means there's so much to do (if you want to). The Nelson and Tasman regions have more sunshine hours a year than any other part of New Zealand, so there's plenty of time to do things in too.
Or continue down Takaka Hill and explore the beautiful Golden Bay. Carry on to Farewell Spit and view some of New Zealand's wildlife or enjoy one of the peaceful bays.
- We can hike with you in one of the nearby National Parks. This can be a short or long, easy or more challenging walk.
- We can take you on a wine tasting visit to meet our friends at some of the local wineries and vineyards.
- We can show you where to find local artists and craft people, studios and galleries.
- We can arrange trips for you - from horse riding to parachuting, hiring a boat for the day or bird watching, we can help.
- And at the end of the day, we can even provide you with a relaxing or therapeutic massage. David is a massage therapist, and is happy to arrange a time (or times!) with you for a quality massage at your convenience.
